The Provincial Forge presents Europas the second installment of its three cycle programme of exhibitions which physically re-work and re-present artists publications from around the world.??

Both 'Palais' a magazine published by Paris based gallery Palais De Tokyo and 'Newspaper Jan Mot' published in turn by Brussells gallery Jan Mot provide material which play upon the supposed permanence of the art object itself and the temporary modes of how it maybe encountered by the reader.

The Provincial Forge can be found inside the library's Cloister Gallery display cases and are available for scrutiny during opening times only. Europas will close on 7 April. ?
